Don is a former Missouri City, Texas Councilmember.
His experience as a marketing executive for over 25 years for a Fortune 300 company, afforded him the skills to assemble the talented professionals that contribute to the success of Villagers 20/20. Additionally, his expertise in managing people offers a unique method of communicating to young people about the consequences of their actions. He founded Villagers 20/20 when he recognized the need to prepare young people in the Fort Bend County for the enormous, projected change in America's workforce.

Edward Williams, PhD - Program Developer Dr. Williams has a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri. Currently he serves as Director of Human Resources for the City of Missouri City, Texas. Prior to this role, he was the Deputy Director/Planning and Development Manager for the Division of Human Resources, State of Missouri where he directed process improvement, human and organizational development, workforce planning and related human resources functions in Missouri state government. Additionally, he directed statewide management, supervisory and executive training initiatives. He is fluent in the Spanish language. |

Cheryl Lynch - Executive Director cheryl@villagers2020.org
Ms. Lynch is a Behavioral Consultant and author with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. A vibrant facilitator, trainer and motivational speaker, Cheryl is also an advanced Toastmaster. In addition to her psychology degree, Cheryl is a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist and has been a featured guest on Business Radio 650 FM promoting her personal coaching services. Most recently, Cheryl was one of the co-host of The Women’s Business Show which aired on KRTS 92.1 FM radio.

Claudine Johnson, MD - Facilitator Dr. Johnson earned her undergraduate degree in Economics. Later attending Medical School at Cornell University. She finished her residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She is Board-certified in Internal Medicine and currently works as a Primary Care physician at the Houston Veteran's Affairs Medical Center. Dr. Johnson has been a speaker/mentor for Villagers 20/20 since its inception, focusing on "Healthy Lifestyles" for young women. |

Jacqueline Jones, PhD - Facilitator Dr. Jones received her Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She completed her Clinical Psychology Internship (APA Approved) from Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, Texas. Currently, Dr. Jones serves as CEO/Clinical Director at Parkview Psychological Services. She has facilitated the "Effects of Hip Hop Music on the Emotions of our Children" for Villagers 20/20 since its inception. |

Bernard Lee - Minister Rev. Lee is the Minister at the Covenant Glen United Methodist Church in Missouri City, Texas. He is also the Young Adult Spiritual Advisor and Minister (ages 18-28). He is also a long time entreprenuer - runing his own mortgage company, a small business consulting firm and a custom clothing business. He has been involved with Villagers 20/20 since the beginning, he relates to the kids on a real-life-in-your-face approach, sharing his
personal trials and setbacks as a result of making bad choices and how to move on and become successful in all areas of your life.

Bronson Lewis - Facilitator Mr. Lewis is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's Degree in Counseling. Currently he is a Counselor for the Alief Independent School District.
Prior to his career in education, Mr. Lewis spent 12 years working with youth in various professional/volunteer positions for agencies such as Boys and Girls clubs and Juvenile Probation Departments. Mr. Lewis also served for 2 years as a State Board Member for the Texas Juvenile Detention Association, which supports local detention officers working in the Juvenile Justice Field. |

Eric Tait, MD - Facilitator Dr. Tait earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and his MBA at Rice University. Later attending Medical School at Baylor College. He finished his residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and currently serves as the Medical Director for the New Vision Program, Staff Physician for St. Joseph's Medical Center and Associate in Internal Medicine at Medical Associates of Houston. He has been a speaker/mentor for Villagers 20/20 since its inception, focusing on "Healthy Lifestyles" for young men. |

Jonita Wallace, PhD - Facilitator Dr. Wallace received her Doctorate in Administration and Supervision from the University of Houston. She is the Chief Executive Officer of the largest Community Action Agency in the state of Texas, Gulf Coast Community Services Association (GCCSA). Responsible for over 450 employees spanning 38 sites, she ensures that GCCSA administers quality programs and services to low-income families in order to transition them out of poverty into self-sufficiency.
